Landlord Self-Assessment

To produce a ‘Landlord Self-Assessment form’, go into the ‘Landlords’ module. Make sure ‘Landlords’ is selected at the bottom of the screen then click into a Landlord record. At the bottom of the screen, change to ‘Activity’, Then top right corner clicks on ‘Self-Assessment’.





 This will open a new window; in here you can select the date period you wish to cover and click ‘Refresh’ and ‘Print’




 

It will now produce a ‘Report’ for you to pass onto the Landlord.
