In the ‘Finance’ tab within the property record, ‘Activity’
across the top shows all the transactions that have been raised against the
property and posted into sage.
Use the Date range tool below to set a date period you
wish to view. You are also able to print that view.
The ‘Performance’ tab shows you an overall performance of the income and
expenditure against the property.
The ‘Mortgages’ tab allows you to set up and track mortgage payments and
interest (see setting up a Mortgage in finance section)
The ‘Purchase/Valuation’ tab allows you to enter details which will track
the purchase and valuation of the property
Click on the ‘Add’ icon which will open a new window
In this window, enter the date of the valuation, the valuation figure,
amount left owing and source, then click ‘Save’. This will then update the
figures and graph within the previous window.
The information entered in this window also filters through to the
‘Finances’ module, under ‘Equity & Yield’
