In the ‘Landlord’ module, click on ‘Landlord Aged
Balances’.
In the new window, select the dates you wish to display and
the periods then click ‘Ok’.
This then brings up the Aged Debtors window.
In here you have the following options.
‘Calculate’ – This displays the ‘Aged Debtor Setting’
window
‘View’ – You can select any line and click ‘View’ this will
open the landlord record
‘Print’ – This will print the list
‘Excel’ – This will export the list to excel
