Insurance reminders – is a new feature
in Decorus
You can view
insurance policies that are due for renewal in the overview tab under
‘Insurance renewals’, on the left hand side.
The
Insurance overview is available from the ‘Property’ module
It offers an
overview of all Insurance policies, with filters down the left hand side for
Buildings, Contents and Insurance providers.
Double click
on any of the policies and it will take you to the Property record, you then
click the ‘Management’ tab at the bottom of the screen. Select the ‘Insurance’
tab at the top
Click ‘Add’
to add a new policy or highlight the policy you want to view and click ‘Edit’
To view this

The ‘Cover
Ends’ field is shown in the ‘Overview’ tab as ‘Insurance Renewals’
If you click
the ‘Renew’ button this will start the policy a year on from the start date for
a year’s policy as default.
