Property Matching

Property Matching

In the ‘Property’ module open the property record you wish to find a tenant for and in the ‘Property’ window click on ‘Find a Tenant’.

This will open up the ‘Applicant Match’ screen; from here you use searchable parameters on the ‘Narrow Search’ options in the left hand column, which will look at desired districts, house types, rental prices and number of bedrooms. You can also rate the score from 0 – 4 to find the best tenant matches. (If you have created contacts with searchable parameters, see Adding a New Applicant Record document.)

When you have found your prospective tenant you can highlight them and use the ‘Viewing’ button to book a viewing of the property for that applicant.

The contact will be selected and put into the ‘Contact Field’.

You can select who will go with the applicant to the property; the property will also be displayed on the right hand field. Select the date and time of the viewing and add any notes required.

After the viewing you can adjust the viewing by adding the ‘Outcome’ and the rating based on how well you think the viewing went. You can click on the ‘Follow Up’ tab to add a second viewing or any additional notes if required.

When completed ‘Save and Exit’ from both screens.
