Property Availability

Property Availability

The software determines whether a property is available or not based of the 'Include in Rental Advertising' tick box in the property record. If this is ticked then the property will show in available and let you add tenants to it -

When you change the status of a tenancy to moved in there is a box called 'Advertise this property' if you leave this unticked then the property will be changed to not show as available ('Include in Rental Advertising' unticked) -

If you want to move a tenant into a property that is not set as available, unctick 'Show Available Only' when going to select your property -

To display property availability you can use the 'Availability Report' in the property module. This will create a PDF document containing information on all of your available properties -
(This will include all properties that are marked as 'Include in Rental Advertising in the property record)
