Adding an Estate

Adding an Estate

In the ‘Estate’ module you can create an estate and add zones and space within that estate.


To add a ‘New Estate’, click on the ‘New Estate’ icon, which will then display a new window.


Fill in –

- Estate Name

- Address

- Estate Type

- Size

If you are a multi company, select the company from the drop down menu that this estate relates to  

You can then add a ‘Zone’ by clicking on ‘Zone’ which a new window will appear.


Enter the details and click ‘Save’.

Once all the information is entered, click ‘Save’.


The details will display as below on the overview screen.


You can also add space within the estate/zone, to do this, click on the area you wish to add the space and click on ‘New Space’.


 

A new window will appear.

 

Within this window, enter the description of the space, size and then click ‘Save’.

 The space will then appear under the area you have added it to.
