Application to Rent (Applicant - Additional Details)

In the ‘Applicant’ module within the Applicant record you can enter additional information, i.e. Guarantor/Employer details etc.

Once in the Applicant record, click on ‘Application’ as shown below and a new window will appear ‘Application to Rent’


Working along the bottom tabs:

Property

In here you can enter details of the property the applicant may be interested in and if the tenancy was to go ahead.

The details will filter through when you set up the tenancy; you can also raise the admin fee from this window. Click on ‘Raise Admin’ and a new window will appear with a list of the application transactions

 

Transactions will already be pre-selected with an ‘x’ – if more than one transaction is listed, de-select the ones you do not wish to post and click ‘Post Transactions’

The balance will not be on the applicant’s record.

Employer

In here you can enter the tenant’s employer details

 

Landlord

In here you can enter the tenant’s previous landlord details


Bank

In here enter the bank details of the tenant

 

Personal

In here you can enter any additional contact details, i.e. partner/parents etc.

 

Guarantor

In here you would enter the details of the tenant’s guarantor  


Accountant

In here you would enter any accountant’s details
