Property availability filter

 

 

The property availability filter feeds from the 'Include in Rental Advertising' field.

If the box next to 'Include in Rental Advertising' is ticked, regardless of whether you have a long term tenant in that property, this record will be picked up as an available property and it will show accordingly under that filter.
