Matching a Tenant to a Property

 

 

- In the property module open the property record you wish to find a tenant for and on the 'Property' window click on 'Find a Tenant'.

- This will open up the 'Applicant Match' windows, from here you use the searchable parameters on the n'Narrow Search' options on the left hand column.

- Once you have found a potential tenant, Highlight them to book a viewing of the property. 

- After the viewing you can adjust the 'Outcome' of the event in the diary module. This gives a rating of how likely the tenant is to move into the property.

- Once the event is completed, tick 'Completed' in the bottom right corner then 'Save and Exit'.
