Occupancy by Property Report

Occupancy by Property reports can be generated either for all properties or individual properties.

 Individual Properties 

Within in the ‘Property’ record, click on ‘Management’ then ‘Occupancy’


This will then display the following


 In this window you can set specific dates and then either ‘Export to Excel’ or ‘Print’

All Properties

To generate a report for all properties, within the main ‘Property’ module, select ‘Occupancy By Property’


 This will then display the full list of properties, which you can also select specific dates and either ‘Export to Excel’ of ‘Print’
