Management - Safety Inspections

From the property management screen click on the ‘Contracts’ tab and click ‘Add’. Here you may enter a new contract/warranty for the particular inventory items in the property.

i.e. a warranty on a Boiler






Fill in the fields as before (Provider/Contact Type/Contract Type/Reference/Contract Cost/Starts and Ends) – You can ‘Attach’ a document as before and ‘Renew’

You will notice an extra tab in the bottom bar ‘Items Covered’ – when you click on this it allows you to add an item from the inventory list that you wish to have covered by warranty

 

Click on ‘Select’ and a new window will appear allowing you to select the item
