Management - Safety Inspections

From the Property tab double click on a property


 Then click on ‘Management’ tab, at the bottom of the screen, select the ‘Inspections’ tab and click ‘Add’. Here you may enter a new Safety Inspection for that particular property


 Fill in the fields as in the ‘Insurance’ tab (Provider/Contact Type/Type/Cost/Starts and Ends)


- ‘Reference field’ – you can enter a reference with regards to the relevant inspection.
You can attach a document by clicking on ‘Attach’
- Renew the inspection by clicking ‘Renew’ and also within this window you can set up a work order by clicking ‘Work Order’ – once all actions are complete, click ‘Save’.

This will then appear under the ‘Inspection’ tab in the ‘Property’ record and appear in the overview screen under ‘Safety Inspections’ due to expire
