‘Work orders’ or ‘Contacts’.

Contact receipt 
This allows you to receipt money from contacts that are
not yet tenants, you need to make sure the contact record is updated into sage
before doing this, by ticking the box displayed below
Supplier Payment

Bank Transfer 
This allows you to transfer funds between bank accounts,
which also updates sage
 
Bank Payment 
This allows you to enter a bank payment, which you can
either select as an office transaction, i.e. fuel payments, stationery etc. or
put it against a property, which also updates sage
 
 Bank Receipt
This allows you to enter a bank receipt, which you can
either select as an office transaction, i.e. fuel payments, stationery etc. or
put it against a property, which also updates sage
 
Journal 
This allows you to make a journal entry, which also
updates sage
 
Tabs in the bottom
left of the screen 
Overview 
This gives you an overview glance of the financial
activity, including bank accounts/mortgage balances/financial headlines and
expenses. The expenses can either be
viewed by chart or list 
 You can toggle between ‘List’ and ‘Chart'
Nominal by
Property 
This gives you a profit & loss report by property,
which can be exported to excel and also filtered by portfolio between certain
dates by clicking on ‘Configure’ 
Property by Month 
This is a profit and loss report by property per month,
you can view this by either ‘Income only’ or ‘Income and Expenditure’ and also
have the option to ‘Export to Excel’ - 
Rent Due 
This gives you a 12 month forecast of rents due 
Equity & Yield 
This gives you a % of equity and yield per property,
based on information entered in the property record, in ‘Activity’ and
‘Purchase & Valuation’ 
Sage Audit 
This gives you a mirror image list of the audit trail in
sage
