Please note this is only designed for users with the ‘AGENT’ version of Decorus.

This document will explain how to activate your Portal Feeds.

You will require full ‘Administrator’ access to Decorus to do this. Start in the ‘Overview’ screen and select ‘Preferences’, within this screen go to the ‘Add-Ons’ tab.

In the ‘Portal Feeds’ field, type the code supplied by Decorus Support Team for the portal feed add-on.

You will need to inform the portal provider that you intend to use Decorus to upload your property details onto your account(s).

The portal provider will forward a code to us (Agent Reference), which we will forward back to you.

This reference will need to be entered into the ‘Portals’ tab within preferences, see following image.

(Please note you will be required to enter additional codes for Zoopla as shown)

Once the Agent ref. has been entered you will see the ‘Portal Advertising’ icon appear on the overview screen.

This brings up the list of properties that have the portal status ‘Available’ ticked, within the ‘Property’ module.

Please note any items in red will NOT be uploaded to your chosen portal(s), and will require certain information amending. See following image and reference.

The portal status will need to be set to ‘Available’ or ‘Let Agreed’ to be assigned to upload on the Portal Advertising screen.

The items highlighted below, in red, will need to be completed, including at least 4 pictures for the upload to be ready for upload.

The information on the marketing tab will also need to be completed see image below as example.

Once all details have been entered the property description font will be displayed in black.

Please note that each time you do a portal upload you will need to highlight ALL properties that need to be displayed, including any sent up on previous uploads, unless it needs to be removed from the portal feed.
