You can enter/amend the add-on code in the company’s ‘Preferences’ window.

Click on the Preferences icon in the Overview module

And click on ‘Add-Ons’ tab.

To enter your Outlook logon details, click on the ‘Configure’ tab at the side of Web-2-Decorus.

Then enter the web address, username and password in the new window, then ‘Save’.

You may need to log out and then back in for the software to update and you will find a new icon in the ‘Contact’ module ‘Web Import’.

Clicking on the web import button will import Emails, Contacts and Jobs.

This will create a new filter in the ‘Contacts’ module for the web imported contacts.

After you click ‘Save and Exit’ from an imported contact record for the first time you will be prompted to mark the imported contact as actioned.
