Setting Up and Using the Web Link

To set up your ‘Internet Link’, go to ‘Preferences’ from within the ‘Overview’ module and click into the ‘Add-Ons’ tab. Enter your web link code in the ‘Internet Link’ box. This will activate your web feed add-on.


Once activated, go to the ‘Overview’ module and click ‘Internet Web Link’.


This will open the ‘Web Link’ window, click configure.


Enter the FTP details that you have received from your web company. Once entered click ‘Save’, your web feed will now be ready to upload to your website.

 

Please Note: Any items visible in blue will not upload as they are missing certain criteria’s

For a property to upload you will have to set the portal status to ‘Available’ from within the property record.


When you are ready to upload, click on the ‘Upload’ option from within the ‘Web Feed’ screen. This will bring up the ‘Web Feed Upload’ window, from here you can change your upload settings depending on your preferences. The image below shows the default settings. Once you are happy with your settings, click ‘Upload’ and the information will be uploaded to your website.
