Setting up a Tenancy Alert

To Set up a ‘Tenancy Alert’ Double click on any tenancy to open the relevant record, click on the ‘Communicate’ button and click on ‘Set up an Alert’


You will be presented with the alert screen, from here you can type in your alert message and click ‘Ok’.

Then ‘Save and Exit’ and from now on, in this record, this message will continue to appear each time you open the record until it is removed.

 


 









Adding Contacts to a Tenancy Record

 Go into a Tenancy record and from the tabs along the bottom click on ‘Contacts’.


From here you can add, edit, delete or print the list of contacts. To add a new contact, click on the ‘Add’ button,

then either start typing the contacts name or click on the box as shown in the example below and once you have selected your contact, it will fill all the other details in from their contact record Click ‘Save’ once completed and the details will be added to the contact list for that tenant.
