Recreating Charging Schedule - Fix Tenancy (Landlord Version)

 

 

If you wish to amend any details of a tenancy mid way thorugh, you can do this by recreating a schedule. 

 

- Double click on the tenancy record you wish to amend to open the record then click on 'Activity' and then click on 'Schedule'.

- In this screen click 'Re-create Schedule'.

- You will be asked if you would like to clear down the existing schedule, click 'Yes'. The 'Charging Schedule' window will now appear.

- Make your amendments in this window (make sure in 'Next Charge' field you put the correct date), also click on the 'Settings' tab to check that the information is correct.

- Once the information is filled in correctly, click 'Save and Exit'.
