No Data to Print Message When Trying to Print a Landlord Statement with Benefit Activity
If you get the 'No data to print' error message when trying to print a landlord statement with benefit activity from the activity tab within a tenancy record;
- first got to the schedule.
- If your schedule is empty you will need to add an item. To do this create a single charge. Make sure the the charge is set to be paid by the correct benefit contact and then save the item.
- Once this item is added you will be able to print the statement.
- Once you have printed the statement you ca either delete the item off your schedule or make the date that it will raise be a long way in the future so that it never raises.
