Unable to connect to Sage - Error Message
This could be down to a number of issues:-
1. Decorus Essentials is unable to locate the Sage data folder. Ask the system administrator to view the company setup and check that Decorus Essentials can view the data folder in My Computer.
2. Decorus Essentials is configured to the wrong version of Sage. Ask the system administrator to view the company setup and check the version of Sage in Decorus Essentials matches the version of Sage you are using.
3. The Sage ODBC Driver isn't installed or SDO Engine if Sage isn't installed on workstation. Ask the system administrator to check the control panel/administrator tools/ODBC and check that the Sage ODBC driver is installed
4. The Sage user name and password of the logged on user doesn't match the user name and password in Sage. Check All Sage companies have same user name & password for each user
