Deleting a Landlord Statement
- To delete an incorrect Landlord statement, go to the 'Landlord' module and click on 'Statements' in the bottom left corner of the screen to change the view to statements.
- In this screen, highlight the statement you wish to delete and click 'Delete Statement'.
- You will be asked 'Are you sure you want to delete this Landlord Statement?', click 'Yes'.
- You will then be met by another screen saying 'This statement has been posted into Sage. Deleting this statement will now delete transaction in Sage. Continue?', click 'Yes'.
- Make a note of the audit number which needs deleting in Sage.
- Go into Sage and delete the transaction that you have noted down through 'Corrections'.
