Landlord Statement Run

 

 

- Go to the 'Landlord' module and click on the 'Statement' tab from the bottom left of the screen.

- Select 'Statement Run'.

- This will open the 'Generate Statements' window, it will have preselected all the statement; however you can untick these if you don't want to run them all.

- You can choose the date range you wish the statement to cover by filling in the 'Statement Date' and 'Include Transactions to' boxes.

- If you want to include negative figures, place a tick in the box 'Include Negative'.

- This will now create the statement and display them to view. Generated statements will be un-posted and to post them all in one you need to select 'Update Statements'.

- A new window will appear with the list of un-posted statements, click 'Update Statements'

- If you have ticked, 'Email Statement' and the landlord record has a valid email address, it will send to your 'Email' module under 'Outbox' and click 'Send Queued Emails' to send.
