Landlord Statement Consolidation
Within a landlord statement, you have the option of how
you want the details to be displayed. Click on ‘Show Consolidation’ and this
will change the view. When you are happy with the view click ‘Save and Exit’.
In the next window click ‘Yes’.
In the next window, you can arrange the view of Income,
Management Fee and Expenditure.

Expenditure
Once you have selected the view and clicked ‘OK’, when
you click on ‘Show Consolidation’, it will swap from traditional view, to
selected view.
When you print the selected consolidated statement, there
is an option called ‘Statement by Tenant Cons’.
The statement will then display as below
