Landlord Adjustment

 

 

A Landlord Adjustment is a transaction that you wish to appear on the 'Landlord Statement' such as opening balance.

 

- Go to the 'Landlord' module and click on 'Landlord Adjustment' this will bring up a new window.

- Click on the address book icon against the Landlord to bring up the contact list.

- Choose the Landlord by clicking on the line once to highlight in blue and click 'Select Contact'.

- It will preselect the property, check this is correct, if not click on the arrow at the side to bring the drop down list and select from here.

 

Fill in the following:

 

> Date - this will prefix to today's date, you can change this by over typing.

> Type - This can be either 'Invoice' or 'Credit', click the drop down arrow to select.

> Description - What you are charging them for.

> Net - Enter the value of the invoice.

> VAT - '1' if VAT applicable '9' if non VAT applicable.

 

- Once all the information is filled in click 'Post'. 

- It will ask 'Are you sure you want to post this transaction into Sage', click 'Yes'.
