Importing Contacts from Sage to Decorus
To
import contacts which are in Sage but not in Decorus, click on the spanner
(next to company selection)
Double
click on your listed company name.
Select, ‘Import Sage Records’, then ‘Import Contacts’.
Make sure that both ‘Suppliers’ and
‘Customers’ lists have ticks only against the contacts you wish to import.
Once you are happy with your selection click on ‘Import
Contacts’.
Then
‘Save’ in the ‘Company’ window and ‘Exit’ in ‘Sage Company List’.
Your
contacts have now been imported.
