Dashboards

Dashboards are available in all the major modules. They represent your data in a number of formats.

Which gives you a quick overview of your statistics, and if you double click on a field it displays the data.

Go to Overview tab – Preferences – Module Description (shown below)

You can change the Description of the Module, e.g. Agreements changed to Tenancy (below)

The Double click option is sometimes only Record in a module such as Block

Other modules have a choice whether to go into the Record or the Timeline

The default view is set on (Block, Property, Agreements etc.) as per the view above.

These views can be edited as shown below:

The Default View is the page which is displayed when you first click into a Module

The choice is usually Dashboard as standard, or List is the old view (shown on the next page)

There are other options on some modules, such as Units, Cards etc.

Default List view – The standard list view displaying tenancy information in user configurable columns

You also have ‘Default Columns’ where you can choose what field names you want to display in your modules
