User Views

User Views

Whether you are in the Block, Property, Lease, Landlords, Suppliers, Contacts, Applicants or the Jobs screen,

user views are editable.

Make sure you are in the ‘Property Centre’ tab at the bottom of the screen then select the ‘User Views’ button from the top toolbar.

In the next window click ‘Add’. This will bring up the ‘Property Views’ window. Type in the view name – this will be the title of the view you are saving.

Creating your own user view can filter down the long list of properties you have, to just the ones you want to see.

The example below shows that you can filter each field down the left hand side to the value:-

Is or Isn’t

District – Birdwell,

City – Doncaster etc.

Select Columns

You can also select columns as shown below, selecting each field that you want to display within the property record, it is also possible to add your own field in such as ‘gate code’. For further details see ‘User definable fields and views’ Document.
