By defining your criteria’s, you can define unlimited user’s views. These can display your data the way you want it.

You can create any number of user defined fields in any of the major modules and include them when selecting the columns you want to display.

User Views

Whether you are in the Block, Property, Lease, Landlords, Suppliers, Contacts, Applicants or Jobs screen, the user views are editable.

Make sure you are in the ‘Property Centre’ tab then select the user views button from the top toolbar.

User Definable Views

Go to the Overview tab – Preferences – User Definable Fields

In ‘User Definable Fields’, you can create a category which is editable. You can enter your own, Field name,

Field type which is text, numeric, currency or date.

You can then choose if you want this field to be added as default or, only if selected in the below tick boxes.

The last drop down box is module, where you can choose which module you want to display this field in, Block, Property, Agreement, Contacts or Jobs.
