Adjusting Details in a Tenancy Agreement
To adjust the details on an active tenancy agreement, you will need to revert the tenancy to pending. Changes cannot be made to a tenancy that is Active as at this point the agreement has been made with the tenant.
To revert the tenancy to pending, click 'Change Status' in the tenancy record, then tick 'Override' and click revert to pending.
Once in pending status, you are able to adjust the details of the tenancy.
Please be aware only users with admin credentials are able to do this and that reverting a tenancy to 'Pending' deletes the tenancy schedule for the record.
