Tenancy Aged Balances

Within the ‘Tenancy/Lease’ module, you have ‘Aged Balances’ which reports on aged debtors.

 

Before you run the report, you must set up the periods.


Clicking on ‘OK’ displays the Aged Debtors Report.


 You can double click on any line and it will open the Tenancy record for that tenant

‘Calculate’ brings up the Aged Debtor Settings window as above

‘Print’ prints the report.

Be sure to print in Landscape as the report may be cut off in portrait.

‘Excel’ exports the list to excel to generate a spreadsheet
