Clear Down Sage Financial Information
To clear down you Sage financial information please follow the below instructions -
Before starting make sure you have a backup of your Sage data.
Go to 'File' -> 'Maintenance' -
Then click Rebuild. This will open the 'Rebuild Data Files' window where you can select which files you wish to keep and what you would like to get rid of. Once you are happy with your choices click 'OK'
Your data will then rebuild, keeping only the data that you have chosen.
