Setting up a Tenancy Alert

In the 'Tenancy' module, double click on any tenancy to open up the relevant tenancy record, click on the 'Information Bar' and click on the 'Check List'. This will bring up the tenants checklist on the right hand column.

These checklist items feed from the 'Tenant Process'.

The checklist will allow you to mark off any documentation you have received from a particular tenant. If you have not yet sent that documentation to the tenant you can double click into any document on the checklist to open it up.

Once that checklist item is open, click on the tenant name on the left to highlight it in blue and then 'Edit Document' to make any required changes before printing.
