Using Printers with Decorus Essentials

Using Printers with Decorus Essentials

Decorus gives users the ability to print information from most major views in the software.

In this guide we will be going over where these options are and how they work.

Printing from Module Overview

View such as the Property Centre, Tenancy Centre and the Contact List allow the user to print all columns displayed with the use of the 'Print List' button.

When you select this option you will be greeted with the following screen:

Here you can select your printer from the drop down list and configure options.

Printing from Records

Users can also print different documents from within records, such as Property, Tenancy and Contact Records.

When you select the print option you will be brought to a Reports screen where you can Print specific reports based on the type of record you are in, the example
shown below is for a Property Brochure:

Again when you press the Print button you will be brought to a screen where you can select your printer and change the print properties:

Printing from Other Areas of the software

The areas shown above are the two key areas that you may want to print from.

You can find print options in many other views in Decorus; so should you find a view you wish to print off just look for one of the following Icons:

(If you wish to print off lists or reports of financial data please do so through the Sage software and Decorus does not have the option to do this.)
