Unable to backup because access is denied

There are two reason why you will get this message.

1. Because other users are still logged into Decorus Essentials for Sage. Only the person backing up can be logged in.

2. You are trying to save the backup to a read only location such as Program files.

Always try to backup to a different place to where your Decorus Essentials for Sage data is stored, such as an external disk or USB device so you can take off site.
