A Rent due to a landlord goes through 3 (more if not paid in full) stages before it reaches the landlord statement.
1. Rent charged to the tenant as a Sage transaction type SI (Sales Invoice)
2. A receipt from the tenant is then entered as a Sage transaction type SR (Sales Receipt)
3. A receipt is then cleared in the bank and a Sage transaction type SC (Sales Credit) is created. It is this SC that will appear on the landlord statement
Check list

3. Has the Rent been receipted (check the tenant's activity for a SR transaction)
