Timeline

Timeline

Whether in a Property, Tenancy, Landlord, Supplier, or Contact record. On the top tool bar of the record there will be a ‘Timeline’ button.

Clicking on the ‘Timeline’ Button brings up the following screen which lists a history of events that have happened relating to this property. This shows an overview of any event or action that has happened relevant to this property.

If you click on any of the events, it will link you to the relevant page that it relates to.

Examples are:

- Work Order created for a leaking tap in the bathroom

- Then a Diary Event was booked for an appointment to do that job.

- If at the same time you sent an Email to the supplier, and a text to the tenant, then that would have been logged.

- If two different keys were booked out on the same date

- A document was attached to the property when a photo was stored on the property.

There are many other types of events that are stored in the ‘Timeline’
