Contact Receipt

This allows you to receipt money from contacts that are not yet tenants, you need to make sure the contact record is updated into Sage before doing this, by ticking ‘Update Sage’

Landlord Payments

Landlord Receipt

This is used when a Landlord has made a payment, it is the same procedure as a ‘Tenant Receipt’

Supplier Payments

Transfer Agent Funds

Please see document ‘Agent transfer Process' for more details

Bank Transfer

This allows you to transfer funds between bank accounts, which also updates Sage

 

Bank Payment

This allows you to enter a bank payment, which you can either select as an office transaction, i.e. fuel payments, stationery etc. or put it against a property, which also updates Sage

 

Bank Receipt

This allows you to enter a bank receipt, which you can either select as an office transaction, i.e. fuel payments, stationery etc. or put it against a property, which also updates Sage

 

Journal

This allows you to make a journal entry, which also updates Sage
