Sending mass emails through Outlook without receiving a warning
Depending on your security settings, you may receive a warning when send emails through Outlook. To rectify this you will need to change your security settings
1. Run Outlook as administrator
2. Go to the Options Page and select Trust Centre
3. Select Trust Centre Settings, then Programmatic Access
4. Change the setting to Never warn. Please be aware this may cause security issues if you are not running behind a company firewall
5. Click on OK to Save changes

Syncing Diary Events Through to Outlook
To Sync diary events into Outlook, first make sure that 'Sync with Outlook' is ticked on the diary record - Once all the events that you want to sync through are ticked, click 'Send to Outlook' on the diary module home screen.
