Schedule 23

Schedule 23 is a document that gives you information related to the Landlords income/profit and loss, which may be requested at any time from HMRC.

You can access this document from the ‘Agent’ module and click on ‘Schedule 23’


In this window, you can view:

- Landlords name

- Landlords address

- Total income (and select a period)

- Landlords let addresses

- Tax Year

- Letting Agent

- You can also select to view either:

- ‘Income Only’ or ‘Profit & Loss’

- Print the list

- Export to Excel

- What date range you would like to view
