Property Not Appearing Trying to Create a Tenancy
For a property to be available for a tenancy to be created in it, the 'Include in Rental Advertising' box must be ticked within the property record -
You can also choose to select properties that are not set to 'Include in Rental Advertising' by un-ticking 'Show Available Only' -
You will then be able to select the property from the 'Property List'.
