Printing Receipts in Decorus
Decorus is able to print receipts directly from the software.
The transaction types that are available to be printed are both SR and SA.
To print off a receipt, go to the ‘Activity’ of a contact or
tenancy record and select the receipt that you want to print
After double clicking on the receipt you have the option to
print
The first time you go to print a receipt you may be asked
whether you want to download the latest reports, Click ‘Yes’
Then click ‘Update’. The reports will be preselected so no other
action is required. Once the reports have finished updating, click ‘Exit’
Once all your reports are up to date you will see the ‘Receipt’
report in the list of available reports
You will also be asked whether you want to print a receipt after
posting a receipt
