Posting an already posted schedule item into Sage
There may be times where you need to repost a schedule item back into Sage. This could be down to restoring Sage data or some other reason.
To repost an item you need to go to the tenancy schedule.
Click on the Hide Posted Items checkbox so the schedule displays previously posted items, then double-click on the the item you wish to post again.
You will see the schedule item has a Sage audit trail number against it so you will need to reset this. This is done by right-clicking on the button to the right of the audit no. You will then be prompted to confirm you want to reset this item.
Click on Yes to reset. The audit trail number will have now been reset to 0 where you will be able to repost from the Raise Due Transactions procedure.
