One off Tenant Invoice

Click on ‘Tenancy/Lease’ module

Click on ‘Tenant Invoice’ a new window will appear

Select ‘Contact’ by clicking on ‘small box’ and another window will appear





Highlight the contact by clicking once on the line and click ‘Select Contact’

 




Fill in the below information:

Correct ‘Date’

Leave ‘Invoice’ type

Box at the side of ‘Invoice’ gives you the option to select ‘Agent/Landlord or Office’

Select agent if you want the transaction to go through the client account,

Landlord if you want the transaction to appear on the Landlord statement

Office if you want the transaction to go through the office account

 

Nominal - ‘4000’ range

Description - ‘What you are charging the tenant for’

Net - ‘Value of the invoice

VAT - ‘1’ vatable, ‘9’ non vatable

Requires invoice – Keep ticked if tenant requires an invoice (printed through Sage)

‘POST’

  

It will ask ‘Are you sure you want to post this transaction into Sage’ – ‘Yes’ to that

If you go to the tenancy you have raised the invoice for, click on the ‘Activity’ tab at the bottom, scroll down and you will see the ‘Sales Invoice’ here.
