My Activity

Get an instant view of your own upcoming appointments and tasks with a click of a button with ‘My Activity’.

Each user can also change their own password and update their contact information within ‘My Details’.


You can create a new task, which is assigned to you as a user, But it will not be shown in the shared diary as an appointment.

It will be shown in ‘My Activity’, which has an option to pop up on start up of Decorus. So it is used as your personal tasks not a diary event.

Creating a task is very similar to creating an event, You also have a tick box to mark it as Private.

Once completed use the tick box shown below to stop reminding you in ‘My Tasks’.




New Event - is the same layout as a diary appointment (shown below)

Subject (title) – Activity type (select category for filters) – Priority

Date, time etc is in the same format as Microsoft Outlook

Assign to a member of staff in your office

Attaching it to the Property, Lease, Job, Contact, Landlord or Block will add it to the Journal of that record

You can set a recurring event so it is due every day, week, month etc.

Ticking it to sync with Outlook will set it ready to sync to your Outlook account when requested to sync

When the task has been done then you can mark it completed and it wil stop prompting you to remind you it’s due


‘My Details’ is where the user can edit their logon details without being an administrator i.e. change login name and password. You can amend other info on the user, and select the activity on start up, for my activity to pop up when Decorus first loads.


My Inbox

Used in conjunction with Sidekick, view imported Emails, contacts and jobs as they come in from Outlook and your web feed. Simply mark them as read as you deal with them.
