Management Type - Let Only

To set a property to ‘Let Only’ click on ‘Ownership’ within the property record





A new window will appear, in this window, click on ‘New Owner’ to attach a Landlord.

This will open up the ‘Ownership’ window

Click on the little box at the side of the Landlord field which will bring the contact list up

 

From here select the Landlord by clicking on the line once to highlight in blue and click ‘Select Contact’ – this will bring you back to the ‘Ownership’ window and will have prefixed the Landlord – click ‘Save’


You are now back to the ‘Property Ownership’ window, here you want to select ‘Let Only’ from the drop down list and enter either a ‘Flat Fee’ or ‘%’ and complete the ‘Months’

Click ‘Done’ then ‘Save & Exit’ from the property record

 

*Now ‘Add Lease to Property’

 When you ‘Change Status’ to active it will open up the ‘Charging Schedule’ window

 

Change the date to when you next want to charge and click ‘Create’

When you go to the ‘Schedule’ in the ‘Activity’ tab you will notice it has only created the charges listed below -
