Creating a new property without creating another department within SAGE

 

 

Contacting Jonathan to assist him with create a new property without creating another department within his company.

 

Remoted onto his PC and showed him how to  make this adjustment:

 

  • Clicked on Configure (Spanner icon) 
  • Select company (In this case Lanswood ltd)
  • Within the company screen focus on the bottom tabs where you want to click on the departments tab
  • You will see a list the different departments listed here
  • At the top make sure you click and select the (Don't update the Sage departments)
  • Save and continue.

Now you should be able to create as many properties on Decorus Essentials without replicating this on Sage departments.
