Bank Clearance Days for Agent

To set the Bank clearance day, go to ‘Preferences’ in the ‘Overview’ screen.

Then in the new window select ‘Agent’ from bottom tool bar and change ‘Bank Clearance Days’ to ‘0’.  Then click ‘Save’.


To set up a ‘Bank clearance day’ for a different payment method you have to be in the ‘Payment Method’ function which is available when you set up a new tenancy.


To access ‘Payment Method’ click on the square box with three dots next to the field.


You can add all different payment methods and apply a different clearance period (clearance period is the amount of days given to clear payment to/from bank).


Enter payment method and clearance period then save (as below)

The new payment method will be added to your list and you can apply it to the correct records.


(If you apply a clearance period on a tenancy record greater than 0, the receipt from that tenant won’t be available to the landlord until the clearance period expires).
