You can attach photographs to a ‘Property’ record in Decorus. To do this, go into any property record from the ‘Property’ module by double clicking on it.

Once you are in a property record click on one of the numbers on the ‘photos’ section or click the ‘Photo’ icon  and a new window will appear

In this window, click ‘Attach File’ and pick your desired image or the file you wish to attach to this specific number. You can also scan images into the software, if you do not have them on your pc, by clicking ‘Scan Document’ in the same window. If you click the ‘Open Document’ from the same window the software will open the direct location where the image is stored.

You can also add the image to particular contacts or tenancy agreements if you use the ‘Links’ tab and add the details

 Once you have uploaded your images you can go through each one by clicking on the numbers 1 – 8

You can print a window card from the ‘Print’ icon (top bar) which will populate 3 of the photos onto the window card with the marketing details that are filled in within the ‘Marketing’ tab.
