These transactions will be in the ‘Transfer Agent Funds’ window within the ‘Agent module.

Highlight the payments you want to transfer with ‘x’ in the box

‘Items in red will not be posted as they are still outstanding’

You can alter the date transfer date if desired. Once all transactions have been selected click ‘Transfer’ and a new window will appear

Click ‘Yes’.

And then click ‘OK’ to Print.

The window will now close – this has now transferred the transactions from the client account to your office account.

(Any transactions that appear in red will not transfer, this suggests that the process has not been correctly completed)
